Meet your counselor

Sarah Johnson, LPC

One obstacle at a time; one moment at a time. I am here with you.

My name is Sarah Johnson and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in helping individuals who are high performers. What does that mean? People who are great at juggling many things at once, able to prioritize quickly, and are able to make decisions well under pressure. People who have high pressure jobs like being a mother, military, first responders, medical personnel, executives, and mental health professionals. These are people who might suffer with high anxiety, perfectionism, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, relationship issues, trauma or addiction. I want to help you create a life worth loving.

I attended the University of West Georgia where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in criminology. I graduated from Capella University with my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have over nine years of experience working in the mental health field. I love helping people make connections, shift perspectives, and open up to a world of possibility. You are worth investing in; let’s start today.

Yeira de Leon, LPC, NCC, MATS, RYT500

Change is inevitable why not just adapt? I am in love with the idea that life is a series of experiences that collectively help us create our identity. My name is Yeira and I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor, fluent in both English and Spanish. Creating space to reinvent ourselves is one of life’s greatest treasures. I believe that therapy is nothing more than an opportunity to do just that, reinvent yourself! Learning to identify the patterns, set goals, reframe your thoughts, regulate emotions, but ultimately learn to adapt to the inevitable change is what this experience is all about.

We are all unique and everyones process looks different, which is why I consider myself an eclectic therapist using a multitude of modalities. However, somatic interventions such as EMDR, brainspotting, and yoga therapy have my heart. I have a bachelor’s in Criminology from the University of West Georgia and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Mercer University. You deserve better, you deserve to be seen, heard, and understood. Rest in our canopy and let us help you find your light.
