Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is a complementary and integrative approach to health and wellness that uses the principles and practices of yoga to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves working one-on-one or in small groups with a trained yoga therapist who tailors practices to address specific health concerns and goals. These practices may include yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Yoga therapy aims to promote self-awareness, self-regulation, and holistic healing by addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. It can be beneficial for managing a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga Class
Currently, we are running an in-person Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapy group. This is an 8 week series focusing on learning to expand your window of tolerance to stressors through mindful movement, grounding skills, mindfulness, and breath work.

Yeira began doing yoga during the pandemic and never looked back. She loves the mind-body connection and how it teaches people to feel safe in their bodies. She is a RYT-500 teacher and trauma informed certified.
